You can notify your clients via Ardex Mail Merge (or adding an attachment to your month end statements) that you are accepting payment of accounts by credit card, and requesting card details
When a client provides credit card details;
- Go to Main > People & Firms then double click the relevant owner (client), then click the ‘Bank Details’ tab on the left.
- Credit card details provided by the client can be entered to the lower half of the screen.
Note: Card holder name, credit card number, expiry date and card type are all compulsory fields. When you click Save the credit card number will by encrypted (some numbers replaced with **** on screen) for security. You can still process charges to the card in Ardex, but you will not be able to read (and copy) the credit card details.
