If Windows Updates runs, and after that Ardex won’t open, the steps to follow are:
- Restart computer
- Click ‘START’ button at the bottom left of screen
- Type ‘services’ then launch the Services app
- Click ‘View Local Services’
- Scroll down to the service ‘SQL Server (xxxxxxxxx)’
- Click to highlight that service and choose ‘Start this Service’ on the left side of the screen
- Launch Ardex
