To upload a mail merge file to the Ardex Remote Desktop:

  • Create the mail merge in MS word format and save it to the top level of your C Drive
  • Open your remote desktop connection and INCLUDE ALL LOCAL RESOURCES through Options 
  • In the remote session open Thunderbird and write an email message to yourself
  • Before sending, attach the MS word document from Network >TS Client > C Drive
  • Go to sent items and open the attachment in MS Word in the remote desktop session
  • Save to web page filtered format on the remote desktop, then start your mail merge
