Communications preferences for each customer can be set via People & Firms. Double-click on any contact in the database to display the details of that customer.

As e-mail is the most popular method of information delivery, it is important to make sure that at least one valid e-mail address is entered for that client.

It is important to use the Send Communications by: option to ensure the preferred delivery method for your client/s.

Note that any customer with Print & Post as their communication preference will not receive regular updates (movement, race information etc) via e-mail.
